Free Milk in Schools
This programme guarantees a free 200ml packet of milk to all students per day if they want. From time to time, students may choose not to drink milk and this will be the childs choice. The school has been provided with new refrigerators for this programme and will receive approximately 3500 packets of milk for students consumption per week. A nice gift to our students from Fonterra.
Visit from Constable Carl
Our local police man is coming in to visit us twice this term. He is teaching us about how to keep safe. In our lesson today Constable Carl came in to teach us what to do if we get lost. It is very important for your child to learn their home address, phone number and first and last name. A worksheet was placed in their poem books to help with this.
